contraindications

Warning - it could really change something in your life for the better!

What speaks against it

for coaching/therapy in total:

There is no willingness to openness and cooperation.

You don't have the desire for change yourself, maybe someone around you does. But if someone around you wants therapy or coaching for you, that's not enough.

What speaks against it

for psychotherapy/trauma therapy:

They are physically very resilient.

A severe personality disorder was diagnosed.

Social security is not high enough (the traumatization continues,  there is still close contact with perpetrators)

There is no personal stability at all (physically, socially or psychologically)

There is an addiction (exception: nicotine addiction).

The symptoms are so severe that inpatient treatment is preferable to outpatient support.
